Cathrine was out by the lake remebering her father. She smiled, and looked into the Lake, she was looking more like him everyday. She smiled at herself in the lake, and then thought of A song Called Kiss the Girl.

She smiled and sat down by the Edge of the lake, and thought about nothing, but everything at the same time. She smiled and laid back in the Grass thinking why would it have to be me, here alone, She could have any guy she wanted but yet she didn't have a single guy.

[Godric Gryffindor]

Godric was walking to the lake to relax when he saw the girl. He could see even from a fair distance that she was more beautiful than any girl he had seen yet he saw clearly that she was a slytherin, which in turn meant that he would probably never have a chance with her. He shrugged and walked over beside her and said " Hi, I'm Godric." He turned to look at her and revealed the red eyes that his father had passed down to him " Mind if I join you in sitting by the lake?"

Cathrine heard someone comming she smiled, as Godric came up to her. "There's enough room, go right ahead and sit, if you would like" she said with a smile. It was her way of being nice, even though it was horrible, but she wasn't to be nice, but she wanted to find out as much as she could about Godric. He was cute, she wasn't going to deny him of that one. She gave him a smile. "Im Cathrine" she said with a smile. Her father's face melted away from her, like she was hiding it from Godric, if he knew it would ruin her whole plan.

[Godric Gryffindor]

" Nice to meet you Catherine." He sat next to her and stared off at the lake saying " Do you ever wonder why we must all follow our destinies? I mean sure it is our destiny and we're supposedly meant to do them but..." Gaudric turned to look at Catherine and seeing her bright face said " ..Nevermind, I shouldn't bring you into this." Gaudric shook his head and turned back to the lake, it wasn't right to go and bring Catherine into his troubles besides he could not deny that she was actually quite cute.

He let out a small smile and waved his wand at the water to watch some water form into little tiger cubs that pounced on each other and played around on the water. But even himself having to be so good all the time he let out a little of his bad side and made the cubs explode, but shielding himself and Catherine from the water; he hoped she didn't think him some kind of really violent person just because of the thing he had just done. Gaudric laughed inside his head, why should he care? it was only water.

"Because we all do and there isn't much that we can do to not full-fill our Destinies" She said with a smirk, that was the closet thing that would get to a smile. She wasn't a smiler. "I dont mind because i have my own Destiny to own up to. Mine is most likly harder than yours to have. I have to take over a great thing that my father started, and i am to finish it." she said. She wasn't going to tell him what it was though. She couldn't let him know who she was really.

She looked at the cubs, and laughed when he made them Disappear by blowing them up. "I never thought that a Gryffindor could be so mean" she said with a smirk on her face. "Slytherin could do that, just because we are not like Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, or Hufflepuff" Cathrine said and expressed the 'we' part, because she was a Slytherin girl herself, but he knew that because she had her robe on. She only wore it to cover up her father's mark, that she had.

[Godric Gryffindor]

Gaudric tilted his head at her after she told him that her destiny was most likely harder than his, and when she said that she was to finish something her father had started. " Well I don't know about that, I can tell you one thing without telling you too much about me and that is that soemday I will have to fight against soemone who will be my equal in every aspect of magic and one of us will have to lose " he wouldn't tell her everything but at least he could show a small amount kindness and tell her a little to understand him and why he was as skilled in magic as he was, it happened to be because he was being trained.

He laughed when she said that she hadn't expected a gryffindor to do what he had did, " Well I may just surprise you. Just because I am in gryffindor does not mean that I have to follow the specific guidelines or expectations of the house. I mean c'mon, where would the fun be if I had to limit myself with everything I do?"

"You dont want to know who my Father is, he has been training me since i was a baby, so that one day i will full fill his dream. That is hard enough on me, because he wanted a son, but im a girl. He makes it harder because of that Fact." Cathrine said to him. "But i know what you mean" she siad to him. Her own destiny was similar, to his. She was Voldmorts Child, she had to own up to it, if she was caught talking to A gryffindor, her father would flip.

"Well every Gryffindor i know follows those Guidelines" she said with a laugh and thought 'The fun would be im the Oders Falling to the hand of evil' "What fun we are here to learn and survie the school year" she said to him, with a smirk. "But i make my own fun" she said and with out a wand she made a snake appear, and a rat. The Snake ate the Rat, that was exclent for her to do, becuase she was a Slytherin Girl.

He looked over at the snake with a blank expression. He had never actually taken a keen interest in snakes however, he did not fear them. " Yes , well actually I have always preferred to try to not be like everyone else. Since I am so different from others in so many ways I thought I might as well stay like that "

Godric, thinking in a sudden rush of adrenaline to do something wild, held out his hand through the air and his hand glowed with magic. It had taken him a short time to see how Catherine had summoned the snake wandless, and he was already using her technique modified to a certain degree.

And suddenly there was a huge bear in front of Godric, roaring like crazy and ready to kill Godric. But a wicked grin was all that the bear recieved and Godric was running behind the bear, which happened to be near ten feet tall, and jumping up to grab the bear around the neck. Godric hung one arm aorund the neck and with the other held the arm back. However this bear that Godric had summoned was very string and was twisting and turning trying to get Godric of his back.

Godric just gave the bears neck a final hard yank and it passed out, falling to the ground. Godric straightened up and made the bear disappear. He went and lay on his back back where Catherine was and said, " Wow, that was harder than I thought it would be. I guess I shouldn't try and do it again " his face hardened into an unreadable mask, yet still retained its soft look and feel.

Cathrine smiled as Godric summoned the Bear, she laughed and said "that might not me a good idea to again then." She looked at him and smirked. She knew that there was something different about him that no one else she had met had. "What did that take energy out of you there" she asked him.

Cathrine looked at him and hummed 'Better than me' By hinder. She loved that song. She looked down at him, and thought 'Wow i never knew that a Gryffindor could look this good. Even for this one, im mean he is a order supporter, and im am the Daughter of Voldemort. What would he sat if he knew that i like him, let alone a Gryffindor'

Cathrine looked at him and smirked. Cathrine summoned a beautiful red Rose, and held it out for Godric to take from her. She was trying to be nice, but it wasn't going to work, because it would turn into a snake as soon as it left her hand but it was a nice offer.

Gaudric looked over at Catherine as he heard her humming a song he knew well. " That's a great choice of song Catherine. You know another good one by the same band is 'Get Stoned'. So far it's my favorite that the band has sung."

He looked at the rose and said " I'm fine. I don't need any roses." Godric looked up from the rose and said " Especially one that will try and attack me as soon as I take hold of it." he winked at her " I appreciate the offer though." Godric had not been fooled by the rose but for a few seconds.

Cathrine smirked and said "That is a good sonh too but i like Kiss me by Sixpence none the richer" She looked out across the Lake, and she started to sing it.

the song would be better if it was night, but it was in the middle of the day so ohwell. She didn't sing all of it, she didn't want to spoil it. "Well it was more the thought than anything" Cathrine said to him, about the Rose. "Well what can i say about it im a Slytherin." She said with a smirk on her face.

" Hmm...well I guess you could use that as an excuse. So what do we do now? I mean there isn't much else to do." He closed his eyes to better concentrate on what he should do next. He could jump around in trees, but he wanted secretly to impress Catherine so that was something he shouldn't do. But nothing came into his head so he just layed back on the ground and hoped that something would come to him.

Cathrine smiled and said "That is my excuse for everything" she smiled and looked at him. "Hmm.." she thought. She didn't know what to do, she had done alot of things already in the few Days that she had been here.She would go home at the moment, but she didn't feel like it, he would probally be waiting for her, because he probally knew about her talking to Godric. "What do you want to do" she asked him she was aloss for what to do.

" Ok I've got it. We can duel." he opened his eyes as the words came out semmingly of their own will. He had hoped a bit to duel with someone today but he hadn't actually meant to challenge Catherine to one. But what was done was done so he looked over for a response from Catherine. Water splashed on the banks and he was distracted, but still paying attention to the other, so turned his head to watch the water.

Cathrine got a smile across her lips, as she thought Hmm if i duel him then i will prove myself good enough for my father, but then if i lose then i will be in a hole of mud with him. Should it or shouldn't i. NO i'll make up some excuse to why i cant. Then he will think that i am a total loser. Ok i will go through with it. She smiled and stood up, and said "Get on your feet if you are ready to duel me" she said with a serous look on her face. She was going to win to prove to her father that she could do it.
